Booking Terms & Conditions
| Care of the property: |
A condition of acceptance of any booking is
that the holidaymaker will take good care of the property and its contents, and that it is left in a truly clean and tidy state as it will have been found. The care is to include all furnishings, utensils, crockery and linen and though you might not be charged for minor breakages, you are responsible for all damage or breakages. Any breakages should be reported. |
| Booking: | All reservations are contractually binding . The deposit of £50 secures your booking. The remainder should be paid no less than five weeks before the commencement of the holiday. We are always pleased to discuss any requirements you may have and assist you in planning your holiday. |
| Number of persons: | The number of people using the cottage is not to exceed two unless arranged and agreed prior to arrival. |
| Your holiday: | Holidays are normally from 4pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day. We will try to be flexible with these times especially during less busy periods. |
| Pets: | Well behaved Pets are welcome. However, it is understood
that pets are not allowed on any beds and chairs, and must not be left unattended at
any time in the property. On departure there must be no evidence of the
pet either inside the property or outside in the garden. There should
be no nuisance and annoyance to the neighbours .
In the unlikely occurrence of damage caused to the property by a pet
this must be paid for as it is not covered by our insurance. |
| Smoking | For the comfort of future guests we ask that you do not smoke inside the cottage. |
| Booking Cancellation: | If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday we will do
our utmost to re let the cottage and will refund your payment less any
expenses incurred. Should we fail to do so you remain liable for the
full amount. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance.

| Alternative Booking: | If for any reason beyond our
control the property is not available or has been rendered unsuitable for holiday letting (e.g. fire damage) on the date booked, all rent
and charges paid by the holidaymaker will be refunded in full but there shall be no further claim against the
owners. |

| Limitations of liability: | The use of cottage and any facilities is entirely at the holidaymaker's own risk and no
liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever
caused which may be sustained during the holiday to any member of the
party. |
